 It was a Saturday, ten o’clock in the morning, and as casual, I was walking to the other side of the street to get some bread. It was a tradition to have a nice breakfast alone and after finishing it, meet my friends by the door. I loved to cover my breakfast with tons of butter and heat it up in the toasting machine… To tell the truth, there is nothing better than some hot and fresh toasts in the morning.  Jack and John, or simply Jay to the Jay, were like brothers to me. I felt as if they were every single moment of my life with me, accompanying each step that I made.  Four Friends, One Fortune

The Song of the Sixty-StrokesFor years her ghostly apparition had been  Harassed by the soldiers of poltergeist, who  
would accuse her lair of preventing the flow of life.  Liars! Couldn’t they realize her ill-fated state?   
Her transience puzzled the crowd,  Hypnotizing the weak, softening the strong,  But the truth was that madness prevailed,  Enervating empty hearts, possessing darks spirits…   
Laughter, which I see before my eyes,  Is just a demonstration of human wicked souls,  And their teeth I’ll let them show,  For in their tombs, to eat their bodies, I’ll let the crows.   The Song of the Sixty-Strokes

The ForestThe serene breeze of calmness blew the green leafs of the trees,  and moved the red towel of our picnic.  Colorful birds flew in all directions,  hiding the blackness of the planet,  for their colors mixed with the sky,  Filling up emptiness, revealing the stars.   
The green surface surrounded us,  An immense ocean of great purpose,  For we will never be insignificant while we are together,  Because our souls are connected, like never.

Well, since my first journal entry was boring and super depressing, i decided to write a second one :P
My name is Douglas, i'm brazilian, love food, chess, computers, writing and obviously: Girls! xD
I should have said that on my first entry, but since it was a first entry, i didn't know what to write so i just kept writing like i'm doing right now ;P

I used to write poems, but i'm tired of them so i've started with short stories....but since short stories use lots of my time and my creativity, i might be adding more poems in my gallery.

Thx e-sis for welcoming me, and xgirl for being the first to post something about my texts :)

well...that's all...i'll keep ya updated....or not ;P hehe
